摘    要:以2种悬挂式单轨车辆为研究对象,针对车辆结构及整车受力传递关系进行了研究分析,建立具有完整拓扑结构关系的仿真模型,采用多工况仿真计算的方法,得到2种车辆选型的动力学性能对比分析结果.结果表明,直线运行工况下,车速在60km/h以内时,2种悬挂式单轨车辆均符合舒适性、平稳性和安全性的运行标准,但随着车速的增加,日本悬挂式单轨车辆表现出较稳定的动力学性能特性;在曲线运行工况下,2种悬挂式单轨车辆均能保证轮胎最大受力值保持在最大负荷值以内,满足曲线安全运行标准,其中,德国悬挂式单轨车辆表现出较好的小半径通过性能,并且由于稳定轮的设置表现出更好的曲线通过平稳性.

Abstract:The paper studies two kinds of suspension monorail vehicle of Japan and Germany .It does a re-search on both vehicle structure and stress transfer line of two kinds of vehicles selected .The paper sets up a simulation model with a complete topological structure .The paper uses the multi-mining simulation calcu-lation method to acquire the comparative analysis results of the dynamic performance of these two kinds of vehicle .The results show that under the working condition of running on straight line within 60 km/h speed ,both suspended monorail vehicles accord with standard of comfort ,stability and safety .However ,with the increase of speed ,the suspension monorail vehicle of Japan shows a comparatively stable performing characteristics of dynamics .Under the working condition of running on the curve ,both suspended monorail vehicles can ensure the maximum stress of tires to be within their maximum load value in order to ensure the safety of running on the curve .The German suspension monorail vehicle shows better performance while passing through small-radius curve ,and shows a higher level of stationarity while running on the curve be-cause of the installation of the steady wheels .
