基于PLC的中纤板连续辊压线中飞剪控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:通过对现今国内外中纤板生产线的调查和分析,结合上海捷成木工机械有限公司研制的十多条中纤板连续辊压线的锯切工序的不足,并基于可编程控制器(PLC)技术,对中纤板连续辊压线的锯切工序进行改造、升级并跟踪调查研究.结果表明:基于PLC的中纤板连续辊压线的飞剪控制系统具有结构简单、功能实用、操作方便、控制灵活、运行稳定可靠的特点,而且更具有生产的连续性、自动化,大大提高了生产效率和产品质量,且节能环保效果显著,对行业的生产发展起到了一定的推动作用.

Abstract:This text investigates and analysis of the present domestic and international production line,and gets the shortage of Roller-press Production Line for MDF which made by Shanghai Jie Cheng carpenter machine Co.Ltd.and so on.Then,it carries on reformation and get stripe and follow inquisition research based on Programmable Logical Controller(PLC) technique.The result shows that the PLC-based MDF roll straight line flying sow controlling system has not only a simple structure,functional and practical,easy to operate,control flexibility,the characteristics of stable and reliable operation,but also with the continuity of production,automation,greatly improving the production efficiency and product quality,and significant energy saving and environmental protection,production and development of the industry played a role in promoting.
