| 摘 要： | 采用6个茎尖培养脱毒马铃薯品种，用春播、夏播、夏选、夏拔、原种等方法通过7年处理，6年田间鉴定试验，结果显示：春播留种促进马铃薯病毒加重，尤其明显的是促进束顶型和矮生型的类病毒的发生和发展；连续多年春播使出苗率降低，连续7年处理出苗率为19％～49％．夏播留种是防止马铃薯病毒病和类病毒简而易行的好方法，尤其是在夏播留种田中拔除病株或选择健康单株混合留种的方法效果更佳．夏播留种应该选择高度抗病毒病的品种克新一号和克新三号，在田间连续7年夏播种植＋单株混合选，各种病毒病和类病毒发病率都为0％，能与网室内生产的脱毒原种相比美，

| Abstract: | This work was carried in Keshan during 1982 to 1989. we used shoot tipof potatos in six different species to experiments through sowing in summer. spring and other methods. The results showed that the virus of potatos increased in spring sowing. PSTV were caused and developed during spring sowing and got the opposite results in summer sowing. |
