新型电脑绣花机挑线机构的优化设计

摘    要:以新型电脑绣花机挑线机构为研究对象,应用优化设计的方法,以六杆机构的杆长为设计变量,以输出端的位移曲线和已知机构的输出位移曲线的差值最小为设计目标,通过编程计算,得出了一组杆长的合理搭配,使新型挑线机构的输出和已有挑线机构的输出差值降到最小,实现了用新型挑线机构代替受专利保护的已有机构的目的.

Abstract:The paper is to study the picking-thread mechanism by using of the optimized method, in which the length of pole is optimized parameters and the differences between new type mechanism's output and existed one's are optimized aim function. A series of length of pole was found from computer program to make the differences to lowest value, and the aim that invent new type mechanism to replace the existed was achieved.
