| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛同志提出的和谐世界思想具有深刻而丰富的内涵,但作为国家的政策主张来研究,我们必须对和谐世界的内涵做出明确的界定。从层次上讲,现阶段要建设的和谐世界主要是指国际新秩序层次上的和谐世界。和平、发展、合作是和谐世界的基本特征。和谐世界主要包括政治、经济、安全、文化四个方面的内容,建设和谐世界应该按照这四个方面的要求进行。

| Abstract: | President Hu Jintao's thought on building a harmonious world has profound and rich connotation.But as the national policy,we must make the explicit definition to the harmonious world.In the level,the present stage of the harmonious world mainly refers to the new international order.Peace,development and cooperation are the basic characteristics of the harmonious world.The harmonious world mainly includes four aspects: politics,economy,security and culture.The building of a harmonious world should carry on deferring to the request of these four aspects. |
