浅谈汽车齿轮锻造毛坯的等温正火工艺

摘    要:针对20CrMoH汽车齿轮用渗碳钢在普通正火中冷却速度不一样而获得的显微组织和性能不理想的问题,通过对比分析,解决了采用等温正火工艺在一个较宽的温度范围内,可获得最佳的显微组织和硬度的问题,并可降低成本.

Abstract:When the cementite steel 20CrMoH,used to make gears of automobiles,are treated with normal normalizing,the microstructure and the properties of the steel are less satisfactory because the cooling rate is different in different time. The paper holds that if the remained heat in forging is used for isothermal normalizing,an optimal microstructure and hardness can be obtained in a relatively wide range of temperature,and the cost can be lessened.
