摘    要:本文以实验测得的材料单向拉伸曲线为依据,对三点弯曲试件进行了弹塑性有限元计算.模拟实验的实际情况考察了塑性变形ε_p对20g和16MnR钢的断裂韧性的影响,COD降低系数β与裂纹尖端张开位移δ_T的关系,以及ε_p对临界系数β_c的影响.所得结果与有关实验结果基本吻合.

Abstract:Based on the measured uniaxial tensile stress-strain curves of type 16-MnR and 20g steels, a three-point-bending specimen is investigated with the elastic-plastic finite element method by simulating actual experimental conditions. It is found that, for various plastic predeformation ep, COD-reduced factor B increases linearly with an increase of r approximately. Significant effects of plastic pre-deformation p on the fracture toughness of the above mentioned two types of steel have been observed, with an increase of p, Bc gradually decreases and the materials are found to be gradually getting brittle. Calculation results agree well with experimental ones.
