普通高校学生篮球意识培养与训练

篮球作为一个复杂多变的运动项目，需要运动员能够灵活地运用综合性各项技、战术，这就是意识，被称为篮球运动的灵魂．篮球意识的培养需要长期训练、比赛的积累，而青少年正是培养篮球意识的黄金时期，但目前青少年运动员，尤其是学校业余运动员的初级训练，往往重技术，轻意识；重结果，轻过程，而造成到了一定水平后，就会发现个人的技术不错，却不能互相配合，发挥整体战斗力．此时再予以纠正和培养，为时已晚了．而篮球意识的培养与训练，是一个循序渐进、日积月累的过程，教练员的训练技巧，是其中关键一环．通过对篮球意识的论述，就在高校篮球技战术教学与训练中培养大学生篮球意识进行较深入的研究与探讨，并指出培养篮球意识的基本途径与方法．

Development and training of students` basketball awareness in higher education

Basketball is a multi-move sport game. It needs player to flexibly handle technique and tactics. And this consciousness, is called basketball soul, which needs a long time to train and cultivate. Teenager athlete has golden age to cultivate basketball consciousness. However, the young people particularly part-time athletes only focus on technique and look down upon consciousness; points at result and looks down upon the course which influence the performance of the whole team. And it is too late for teacher to make up the lacks. Cultivating the basketball consciousness is a day-to-day training and also the key point in the program. Therefore, by discussing the students＇ consciousness of basketball, the author makes a further study and discussion on cultivating the students＇ consciousness of basketball in teaching basketball skills and tactics in colleges and universities and points out the basic method of cultivating the students＇ consciousness of basketball in the teaching in colleges and universities.
