| 摘 要： | 作为辽河三角洲的主体部分，盘锦市是海平面上升主要脆弱区．本文在国内外研究的基础上，运用GIS技术，对盘锦市海平面上升灾害风险性进行分析．主要针对海平面上升灾害危险性、土地系统易损性、社会生态经济易损性和抗灾能力进行分析，并在此基础上得到盘锦市海平面上升灾害综合风险分析结论．

| Abstract: | The city of Panjin is a majority of Liao River Delta,which is the major vulnerable zone of sea-level-rise.Referring to forefathers' research results,this paper uses Geographical Information System (GIS) to risk evaluation of sea-level-rise hazards.It analyses four aspects of fatalness of sea-level-rise hazards,vulnerability of land system,socio-economic and ecological vulnerability,and defending ability as the evaluative indexes for the risk.Furthermore,the conclusions of risk analysis are gained following mathematical models risk evaluation. |
