论抗战时期特殊的边疆教育政策及其实施

“边疆教育”是民国时期对少数民族实施的一项特殊教育政策。抗战时期，国民政府为推进边疆教育实施了一些政策，对边教推进起到了积极的作用。考察和梳理边疆特殊的社会情形、边疆与边疆教育、国民政府特殊的边疆教育政策，有利于了解抗战时期国民政府对边疆教育的重视及实施状况，同时也能够为边疆研究提供一些参考和借鉴。

On Special Policies and Implementations for Frontier Education During the Anti -Japanese. War

＂Frontier education＂ was a special educational policy during the period of the Republic of China. Nationalistic Administration implemented a series of policies to advance frontier education during tl~e Anti -Japanese War, and those policies had the very effect on promoting development of frontier Education. This paper aims to study the government＇s attention on frontier education and its situation of implementation through social circumstance of frontier education, frontier and frontier education and the special policies of the government in the duration of Anti - Japanese War in order to supply some advances on the research of frontier nationalities and national education.
