时间管理倾向对大学生自我效能感的影响研究

以558名在校大学生为研究对象,采用青少年时间管理倾向量表(TMD)和一般自我效能感量表(GSES),探讨时间管理倾向对大学生自我效能感的影响.结果表明:(1)男女大学生在时间管理各维度及时间管理总分上不存在显著差异,自我效能感上男生得分显著高于女生；(2)专科生在时间管理总分及时间价值感维度上得分显著高于本科生,在自我效能感上得分显著低于本科生；(3)时间管理倾向及三个维度与自我效能感均呈显著正相关,回归分析表明时间效能感、时间监控观能有效地预测大学生的自我效能感水平.

Influence Study of Time Management Disposition on Self- efficacy of College Students

The pape takes 558 college students as the study object, and explores the influence of time managemevt disposition on the self - efficacy of college student by adopting the teenager time management disposition scale （TMD） and the general self - efficacy scale （GSES）. The result shows that： （1） there is no obvious difference between male and female college students in terms of every dimensionality of time management and the total score of the time management, the score cff male students is higher than that of female students in terms of self - efficacy; （2） the score of junior college students is obviously higher than that of un- dergraduates in terms of total score of the time management and the time value sense dimensionality, but obviously lower than that of undergraduates in terms of self - efficacy; （3） the time management disposition, three dimensionalities and self- efficacy are in obvious positive correlation; the regression analysis shows that the time efficacy and time control can effectively predict the self - efficacy level of college students.
