摘 要: | 川陕苏区时期人才建设的历史特征可概括为四个方面:一是重视建章立法,加强宣传,积极营造吸引人才的氛围和社会环境;二是开办各类各层次学校,培训人才,充分满足革命斗争的需求和各项工作的需要;三是重视干部培训,开办干校,大力培养有利于苏区发展巩固的骨干和杰出人才;四是大胆使用,待遇优厚,尽最大可能关心各类人才的顺利工作和作用发挥。

On the Historical Features of Talent Development in Chuan -shan Soviet Area |

Abstract: | The features of talent development in Chuan -shan Soviet area can be outlined as following. First, the system about the regulations was built up and the publicity was stressed in order to provide a homely atmosphere and a social environment of attracting talents. Second, the different type and level of schools were started to train talents for the need of revolution and work. Third, the cadre school was set up to cultivate cadres for the Soviet development. Fourth, the preferential treatment was supplied to different talents. |
