UG软件在复杂外形零件CAD几何造型过程中的应用

摘    要:通过应用UG软件对进口单螺杆压缩机中的螺杆零件几何造型的研究,得到UG软件在复杂外形零件CAD几何造型中的方法.该方法综合了曲面造型、实体造型和特征造型等方法.另外,对边界的延拓及剪切等繁琐的数学计算问题,借助UG软件的编辑功能,就可以完成各种复杂外形零件的几何造型

Abstract:The screw part is one of the most important parts of an import compressor. Its shape is very complex. It is made up of core part, upper screw face, lower screw face, and three cones. Each face is space-free surface. Its CAD geometric modeling is very difficult. This paper solved successfully the modeling problem of the screw part with UG software. The method used here can be applied to CAD geometric modeling of other complex shape parts.
