含氮树脂砂铸钢件气孔生成机理的探讨

摘    要:本文结合作者的实验研究数据,对氮等气泡借助于固-液界面现存的气膜进行生核所需的析出压力进行了计算和分析,研究了氮等气泡的长大和迁移特点,指明了凝固速度对铸钢件气孔(氮气孔)形成时的重要影响,从而较完整地阐述了含氮树脂砂铸钢件气孔生成的机理.

Abstract:Based on experimental data, calculation and analysis have been made on the precipitating pressure required for the formation of nitrogen nuclei on the available gas film at the liquid-solid interface. The features of the growth and mobility of the nitrogen bubbles and the effect of the solidification process on the gas(N2)cavity formation are discussed.
