低浓度固液两相流中的粗颗粒浓度分布

摘    要:基于低浓度固液两相流的动理学分析所导出的颗粒相基本方程 ,在二维恒定均匀流的条件下 ,探讨了颗粒相浓度的垂向分布规律。通过模化粗颗粒垂向所受外力 ,得到了颗粒脉动能在均匀、线性和指数分布假设下的粗颗粒浓度公式。这些粗颗粒公式可以在一定条件下转化为基于扩散理论的传统公式 ,并与粗颗粒实验资料符合很好。传统公式在描述粗颗粒浓度分布上存在不足 ,并从动理学角度分析了其原因

Abstract:The vertical momentum equation for the particle phase based on the kinetic theory was used to analyze the vertical distribution of particles in two dimensional fully developed steady solid/liquid two phase flows. A general theoretical formula for the particle concentration distribution was developed for coarse particles which agrees well with experimental data and is equivalent to the traditional formula based on turbulent diffusion theory for particular flow situations. Kinetic theory was used to explain why the traditional formulae sometimes do not predict the experimental data.
