| 摘 要： | 讨论了在单相应急电源控制器系统中实现Modbus通信接口模块,并利用此通用模块将控制器接入组态软件的方法,开发了基于AVR微控制器的Modbus通信接口模块,在此基础上完成了下位机通过Modbus协议与上位组态软件的实时通信,最终实现了对应急电源系统的远程监控.将Modbus协议做进8位的Atmega164单片机进而实现远距离监控的做法,既解决了上位机系统开发驱动程序困难的问题,又因采用已被广泛应用的Modbus协议而使该控制器系统集成能力大大增强.

| Abstract: | Gombining with practical subject , this paper brings forward a creative idea which develops a Modbus communication module in oontol system of Emergency power supply system and then integrates it into the configuration software through the Modbus protccol. Using the Modbus module based on AVR MCU, the system succeeds in the real-time communication between the instrument and configuration software running on PC, and finally long-distance monitoring is realized. The idea of developing a Modbus module in 8-digit Armega164 is original and not only overcomes the difficulty of prograrnming drives but also enhances the instrument integration ability. |
