广州地区四所高等院校253例正常老年人心电图分析及正常值探讨

本文对广州地区四所高等院校253例正常老人(60—84岁)心电图进行了分析,其中60—69岁207人(占81.8％),男:女为3.28:1。其心电图特点:除2例心房纤颤外,皆为窦性心律,心率偏慢,各波传导间期稍延长,P—R间期可长达0.22秒,各波波幅比正常成人标准要低;低电压也多见。波形多见错折及小切迹,异常心电图的发现率也较高(64％)。其原因可能与心肌老化,退行性变,心脏转位,胸廓变形及肺组织弹性减弱有关。

ANALYSIS OF ECG RECORDS IN 253 HEALTHY AGED OF FOUR UNIVERSITIES IN GUANGZHOU

In four universities in Guangzhou, the ECG records 253 healthy aged people (60-80 yrs) have been analyzed. Among them, 207 are 60-69 years of age. The ratio of male to female is 3.28 to 1. The features of their ECGs are as follow: All of the ECGs show sinus rhythm except in two cases with atrial fibrillation without symptoms. In Comparing with the assessment standard on ECG in adults in general, the heart rate in this group is slower, the conduction time is longer with the P-R interval prolonged to 0.22 second on average, the amplitude of all the ECG deflections is intricate or notched. The frequency of abnormal changes of ECG in the study is often higher too. It is suggested that all these findings could have been related to the senile myocardial degeneration, cardiac rotation, chest deformity and reduction of elasticity of the lungs. It is believed that ECG in aged people should not be assessed with the general standard, lest misdiagnoses would occur.
