高过载环境下导引头天线的动态响应实验研究

摘    要:目的 采用实验方法研究制导弹药导引头天线在高过载环境下的结构动态响应,检验其结构设计的合理性和实验方法的可行性; 方法 采用空气炮模拟高过载的载荷环境和采用弹载多路存储器测量加速度和结构应变,对某制导弹药导引头天线进行高过载动态实验; 实验前采用有限元方法对天线结构进行了动态响应数值分析,为实验参数的确定提供了依据; 结果与结论 实验研究结果表明导引头天线结构设计合理,所采用的结构高过载实验方法可行;

Abstract:Aim To study the dynamic response of a seeker antenna of the guided projectile under high overload with experimental method. Methods The research was conducted to analyze the dynamic response of the antenna under high overload using air cannon and multiplex memory device. The experimental parameters were decided according to the numerical analyses results, which was conducted with FEM. Results and Conclusion The design of the antenna satisfies the requirements and the experimental method can be used to analyze other internal components dynamic response related problems of guided projectiles.
