冲突调解策略的研究

摘    要:研究了多人冲突的调解问题,在各冲突人之间引入约束条件,冲突各方在满足约束条件下进行决策,从而形成消除冲突的调解方法.文中分析了约束条件(调解策略)存在的条件,提出了约束条件(调解策略)的设计方法,并对单目标和多目标冲突决策问题进行了研究.

Abstract:In multiperson multiobjective decision problems, there often exists conflict among the decision makers owing to their different objectives and preferences. If this is the situation, then an agreement has to be reached. A mediation approach by introducing constraints of decisions to the decision makers to resolve the conflict is presented. The conditions for the constraints to be incentive are analyzed and the method for designing the constraints is proposed. Both single-objective and multiobjective conflict decision problems are discussed.
