微孔型无烟烟花发射药装药技术

摘    要:为了探讨微孔型无烟烟花发射药替代黑火药应用于地面礼花发射装药的可能性,研究了装药结构和装药条件对初速等发射效果的影响。分别改变装药量、发射药种类以及支撑环高度等装药条件,测试发射初速的变化规律,并通过光度计、声级计及激光透过率测试系统测定并对比了黑火药与无烟发射药装药的火焰强度、声响以及烟雾浓度等参数。结果表明:在发射筒内增加支撑环,可以解决发射残药的问题;随着装药量的增加、发射药传火速度提高及发射药粒径减小,弹头的发射初速逐步提高;微孔型无烟烟花发射药装药的声响同黑火药装药相近;采用微孔型无烟烟花发射药装药时发射筒口的火焰光强度、相对烟雾浓度远比黑火药装药低。微孔型无烟烟花发射药替代黑火药应用于地面礼花的发射装药是基本可行的。
