商用乘骑式割草车刀盘的模拟与改进

摘    要:为提高商用乘骑式草坪割草车的性能,对具有单刀盘三刀结构的刀盘进行了改进.建立刀盘和刀片的三维结构模型并进行有限元模拟.在刀片旋刀式运动的理论分析基础上,确定其运动不平衡产生的激励类型.通过对刀盘进行动态响应分析,设计出改进的刀盘结构.创新设计的割草车刀盘增加了弧形曲面相连形状的钣金裙围结构,使得所设计的割草车刀片的刀尖速度不低于80 m/s,能够保证其具有较高的旋转频率以获得较大的出力,同时不会引起激烈的共振和较大的噪音,提高了割草的效果和效率.

Abstract:In order to enhance the performance of a commercial riding lawn-mower,the single deck with three rotating blades is improved.The three dimension structure model of the deck and blades are established and the finite element is simulated.The excitation type produced by the unbalance movement of the blades is confirmed based on the theoretical analysis of the rotating blade motion.By means of the dynamic response analysis of the deck,the improved deck structure is designed.The innovative design for riding lawn...
