| Abstract: | A new class of functions called B semipreinvex functions is introduced. Some examples are given to show that there exist functions which are B semipreinvex but not convex or B vex or preinvex or semipreinvex or arc connected. A variation inequality is proved for B semipreinvex functions, and it is used to obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for nonsmooth programming involving B semipreinvex functions. |
