丽格海棠的组织培养与快速繁殖

摘    要:以丽格海棠的叶片为外植体,对离体再生培养技术进行了研究.结果表明,最佳诱导培养基为MS+BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,诱导率为95%;增殖培养基为MS+BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L,增殖系数为4.8;适宜的生根培养基为MS,生根率为100%.

Abstract:Using the leaves of the stolon of Begonia Elatior as explants,we studied the method of tissueculture of Begonia Elatior.It shows that the most appropriate induction culture medium is MS+BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L,and the induction ratio is 95%.The most appropriate proliferation culture medium is MS+BA 1.0 mg/L +NAA 0.05 mg/L,multiplication coefficient is to be 4.8.The most appropriate rooting culture medium is MS,and the rooting ratio is up to 100%
