关于武汉城市圈建设“两型社会”的几点思考

武汉城市圈作为全国资源节约型和环境友好型“两型社会”的建设，具有重大意义：是经济发展方式转变的本质要求；是发展中地区的必由之路；是湖北推进新型工业化发展的重大契机。其“两型社会”建设具有根本性、时代性、系统性、社会性、公共性的特点。其“两型社会”建设试验的主要特色有流域治理性、城乡统筹性、社会多元性。其“两型社会”建设能否成功的关键在于创新，即技术创新、制度创新、社会创新。其“两型社会”建设的发展思路在于：集约化发展；把武汉作为武汉城市圈“两型社会”的核心极做大做强；城市群经济是其建设的标本。
