| 摘 要： | 对金鱼草种子进行了 7种不同处理的发芽试验 .结果发现 :1 0 %的次氯酸钠水溶液浸种 5min ,对提高种子的发芽率有良好的效果 ;0 .0 1 %的赤霉素水溶液浸种 1 2h ,对种子萌发有促进作用 .

| Abstract: | A germinative test with 7 different treatments have been carried out in order to explore the effective methods for accelerating the germinating and improving the germinative ratio.The results show that soaking the seeds in the solution of 0.01% gibberellin for 12?h is a very effective method to improve the germination of seeds of Antirrhinum majus . Soking the seeds in a 10% of sodium hypochlorous solution is also effective improve the germination of seeds of Antirrhinum majus. |
