摘    要:视网膜图像被广泛地应用于糖尿病视网膜病变和青光眼的诊断与治疗。视盘作为视网膜图像的重要特征,是成功诊断视网膜疾病的重要前提。以彩色视网膜图像为研究对象,发展出一种快速有效的视盘定位方法。该方法首先在HSV空间的H通道中提取对比度高的主血管,然后确定主血管的方向图,最后利用一种加权匹配滤波方法找到视盘区域。该方法仅利用视网膜中主血管的方向信息,实验结果表明不仅鲁棒,而且相对快速有效。在Benchmark数据DRIVE、DIARETDB0和STARE上的准确检测率分别达到100%、97.6%和90.1%。
