三排钢珠式升力机构的设计

摘    要:系统地论证了“三排钢珠式”升力机构的每排可容最多及最少钢珠致(Z_(max)、Z_(min))与轴径(r_S)、珠径(r)比(K=r_(S/r))之间的数值关系;推导出了该机构的升力比计算公式;并用电算所得数据对此种机构的轴径、珠径及每排珠数等参数及升力比做了曲线描述,本文得出如下结论:(1)当 K为常数时,每排珠数应取可取范围的最多值Z_(max);(2)当取Z=Z_(max)时,K值应取可取范围的最小值;(3)此种机构在常用数值范围内不会发生自锁,无须采取防自锁措施;(4)拨动器内锥孔与小孔径交界处宜加过渡圆弧。

Abstract:The paper demonstrated systematically the numerical relation between the permitted numbers(maximum Zmax and minimum Zmin)of ball in a row and the ratios of the radius (rs) of shaft and the radius (r) of ball, K =rs/r, derived the calculation formula for magnified force ratio of mechanism and calculated some data in which the curves of structure parameters (radii of shaft and ball, ball number and so on) and the magnified force ratio were drawn. The conclusions are as follows;(1) When K = const , the number of ball in a row will take the permitted maximum Zmax.(2) When Z = Zmax, the value K will take the permitted minimum.(3) The mechanism will not lock of itself within the usual numerical range,so that the measures of preventing lock of itself are unnecessary.(4) There shall be a transition arc at the boundary place of the awl hole and small hole of the shift ring.
