摘    要:研究了胁迫条件下利用生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、细胞分裂素(6-BA)、脱落酸(ABA)预浸种对向日葵(Helianthus annuus)种子萌发的影响.结果表明:在NaCl胁迫条件下,向日葵种子的萌发受到抑制,种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数都随着盐浓度的增加而降低.4种激素的浸种处理,不同程度地促进了向日葵种子的萌发(P<0.05),缩短了发芽时间,提高了向日葵的发芽指数、活力指数.其中缓解效果最明显的是6-BA,而浸种处理对向日葵种子萌发影响最小的是IAA.

Abstract:Priming is a treatment applied for seed enhancement.Effects of hormonal priming by auxin(IAA),gibberellin(GA3),cytokinin(6-BA),and ABA at 10 mg/L on the seeds of Helianthus annuus were evaluated under salt stress.Results suggested that seed germination percentage,germination index,and vigor index were decreased with increasing the NaCl concentration.The priming treatment shortened the emergence time and enhanced the energy and index of seedling emergence.the seed germination 6-BA had the most positive effect on percent emergence,germination index,and vigor index;auxin had the least positive effects on the seed germination of H.annuus.
