| 摘 要： | 本文推导出“煤气作还原剂时计算煤气需要量的公式”和“煤气作热载体时计算煤气需要量的公式”。用这两个公式计算的结果表明：熔融还原是用煤作一次能源，作还原剂需要的煤气量大于作热载体需要的煤气量，降低还原剂需要的煤气量才能降低熔融还原的煤耗和氧耗。本文还讨论了煤气循环利用对熔融还原的意义

| Abstract: | The article derives two formulas for respective calculations of the required gas when as reducing agent and as heat carrier.The result of calculations shows:in molten reduction with coal as primary energy,the amount of required gas as reducing agent is greater than that as heat carrier.Therefore,only by reducing the required gas as reduing agent can coal consumption and oxygen consumption in molten reduction decrease.The article has also discussed the significance of cyclic use of gas in molten reduction. |
