中国农业资源利用面临的问题与对策

本文先分析了中国农业资源利用方面面临的主要问题：一是水资源严重不足，污染严重；二是人均耕地少，土壤环境安全问题日趋严重；三是商品能源日趋紧缺；四是劳动力资源过剩；五是农业生物资源及生态环境面临问题与挑战。然后针对以上问题提出了贯彻落实节能降耗政策，提高资源利用率；推进“科教兴国”战略，搞好资源替代；加速农村富余劳动力转移，加快城镇化建设力度等八项相关对策。
