多效唑土壤吸附及在模拟生态系统分布动态的研究

摘    要:采用^3H-多效唑研究了不同土壤的吸附行为及其在模拟田间生态系统中的分布动态。结果表明,多效唑有较高的吸附率,并与有机质含量密切相关,在二室模型中,土壤向田表水转移的多效唑消失半衰期为12个月,多效唑在土壤中有较高的残留。植物体根与叶的多效唑浓度有极显的相关性,并随土壤浓度而变化,在第12天,植物体根、叶中的富集值达最到值,浓缩系数分别为464.2、228.4,植物体吸收的多效唑大部分残留在叶部

Abstract:H-PP333 was used to study the absorption behavior in different types of soil and the distribution dynamics in model field ecosystem. The result showed that high absorption rate which related closely to organic matter was found in soil. In two-compartments model, the disappearance of half life in soil for the translocation of PP333 from soil to water was about 12 months. A higher residue existed in soil. The residual concentration of PP333 between root and leaf in plants had a close relation and changed with the PP333 concentration in soil, but the absorption rate from root to leaf had no relation with the concentration in soil. On the twelfth day, the PP333 concentration factor (CF) in root and leaf reached the highest and CF values was 464.2 and 228.4 respectively. Most of the PP333 residue in plant retained in leaf.
