二氧化硫脲的合成工艺及其保质期研究

摘    要:双氧水氧化硫脲合成二氧化硫脲的反应是一强放热反应,副反应多,收率不高。文章采取向反应体系中引入冷却剂,用正交实验得出了如下优化条件:溶剂(50%水+50%乙醇)与硫脲用量比1.6,结晶时间1.5h,反应时间50min,反应温度3℃。在此优化条件基础上,向反应体系内加入0.15%左右的表面活性剂,能有效降低反应体系的温度,节约能量,使产品收率提高到91%以上,产品保质期也得到延长。

Abstract:There are a large quantity of heat released when preparing thiourea dioxide from thiourea and hydrogen peroxide.Evidently that side reaction may be promoted and product yield may be reduced.In this paper,refrigerant is introduced into the reaction system,and optimum conditions are gained by orthogonal experiments as follows: The ratio of solvent(50% water and 50% alcohol) and thiourea is 1.6,crystallization time 1.5h,reaction time 50min,reaction temperature 3℃.About 0.15 percent surfactant is added to the reaction system,consequently the reaction temperature is reduced quickly,and the yield of thiourea dioxide has reached to 91% and the stability of product also has improved.
