弹性电机座的节能作用

摘    要:弹性电机座是作者发明的一种新型节能装置。本文对装备了这种装置的有梭织机系统在各种类型的织机阻力矩作用下的动态响应作了全面分析。理论和实验结果都表明,采用弹性电机座能够有效地降低织机驱动电机的转速不匀率和电动机输入功率。经在1511型织机上使用,测得其最高节电率可达19.4%。通过对弹性电机座和弹性皮带盘特性的比较,作者还提出了节电装置的改进设想。

Abstract:The motor's elastic base is a new energy-saving device invented by the author(P.R.C.Pat.85201255).In this paper,the dynamic responses of the loom systenequiped with this device to the resistant moments of loom are analysed all-sidelyBoth the theoretical research and experimental results demonstrate that,by using othis motor's elastic base,the rotational speed fluctuation of driving motor and itinput are decreased effectively.In the case of 1511 type loom,the maximum elec-tricity-saving ratio can reach 19.4%.After comparing the properties of this devicwith those of the elastic pulley,the authors also provided an idea for improving theenergy-saving devices.
