填充改性聚四氟乙烯材料的强度耐磨机理研究

摘    要:实验评价了8种填充改性PTFE材料的组成与其环分别对钢盘进行端面干摩擦的摩擦系数、界面温度和耐磨性以及材料的抗压、抗弯、抗冲强度的关系。当填充的铜粉或短碳纤维含量两之一不变而另一含量增大时,材料机械强度和耐磨性皆降低。两总含量一定时,铜粉优于短碳纤维的填充效果。在端面滑动摩擦下填充改性PTFE材料的耐磨性能表现为强度机理,即材料耐磨性依赖于其机械强度性能,强度越高耐磨性越好。

Abstract:The mechanical biological properties of eight types of filler modified PTFE materials were respectively evaluated. It was found that friction coefficient, interface temperature and wear resistance .which were tested with a ring-on-disc under not-lubricating condition, also the compressive strength and shock strength changed considering with the composition of the modified PTFE materials.
