| 摘 要： | 村民自治在我国广大农村业已取得了很大成效，但不可忽视的是，村民自治中的选举制度仍存在许多问题，尤其是在村民选举资格制度方面各地设置了许多障碍，如户籍、居住期限、村民义务的履行、原居住地资格证明等，这些限制性条件的规制，在一定程度上阻碍了村民权利的行使。本文在对上述条件梳理的基础上，提出了自己的一些思考。 |

| Abstract: | As villagers autonomy has achieved remarkable success in the rural area,various of problems such as obstacles set up in census register,length of residence,villager obligation fulfillment,the former residence qualification proof,etc.still exist.These obstacles will hold back the exercise of villagers' rights.The paper,by analysing the problems stated above,puts forwand some reasonable theoretical thoughts. |
