| 摘 要： | 少数民族群体与主流社会之间的矛盾与冲突一直是民族国家发展的巨大障碍。泰国华人对泰国主流社会的成功融入，为其它民族国家族际间的协调发展提供了可贵的经验：一是法律规范；二是以信任作基础的社会构建。法律表示强制，而法律规训之下的信任则为个体间交往、公民社会的协调发展提供了根本的保障。

| Abstract: | The contradictions and conflicts between the societies of the ethnical minority and the majority cast somehow a great block against the development of nation-state. But the success of the Chinese integration into the Thai society sets a significant model, which is set up on the basis of laws and regulations and a harmonious society forged up by confidence among ethnic groups as well, for the development of nation-state. Law is the means realizing the social coercion, and the confidence directed by laws and regulations guarantees well-going relationships among individuals and a harmonious development of the society. |
