| 摘 要： | 企业知识合作已经成为企业知识创新和增强核心能力的一种战略联盟方式 ,知识合作网络的发展形成了对国家创新系统发展有利的创新群。本文从知识合作发展阶段和企业战略业务合作网络的分析出发 ,构建了企业知识合作形成创新群的模型 ,并分析了形成过程中的知识传导情况。
