恩丹西酮与甲氧氯普胺预防肺癌化疗所致呕吐的疗效

目的：观察恩丹西酮预防以顺铂为主肺癌化疗所致呕吐的疗效。方法：用顺铂化疗前后5min内分别静脉用8mg恩丹西酮，次日继续用8mg；对照组则于顺铂化疗前后5min内分别静脉用甲氧氯普胺10mg，次日继续用10mg，观察两组疗效。结果：恩丹西酮组第1—3天对恶心、呕吐的控制率分别为95．7％、91．3％、87％，明显高于甲氧氯普胺组20％、35％、25％。(P＜0．01)结论：恩丹西酮预防以顺铂为主的肺癌化疗所致的恶心、呕吐控制率明显优于甲氧氯普胺。

The Comparative Study on Curative Effects of Ondansetron Hydrochloride and Metoclopramide Dihydrochloride Applying to Prevent Vomit which Caused by Chemotherapy of Lung Cancer

Objective:To observe the Curative Effects of Ondansetron Hydrochlori de and Metoclopramide Dihydrochloride applying to prevent vomit which caused by Ch emotherapy(CDDP) of Lung Cancer.Methods:5 minutes before and after the patients of lung cancer were given Chemotherapy,intravenous treatment of Ondansetron Hydr ochloride and Metoclopramide Dihydrochloride were given to them separately in th e different group,to observe the incidence of vomit.Results:The effectiveness ra tios for Ondansetron Hydrochloride group in the 1st,2nd and 3rd days were 95 7 %,91 3%,87%;those for Metoclopramide Dihydrochloride group were 20%,35%,25 %(p<0 01).Conclusions:The Curative Effect of Ondansetron Hydrochloride applyin g to prevent vomit which caused by Chemotherapy(CDDP) of Lung Cancer is better t han that of Metoclopramide Dihydrochloride.
