| 摘 要： | 对西部山区中小学教师教育科研现状及存在的问题进行研究,提出改变这种现状和解决这些问题的措施:增强教育科研意识,抓好教研骨干队伍建设,成立专门的科研管理机构,加强对教师科研素质的培训等。
