新时期我国反腐败的路径探析

腐败已成为世界的第一大公害。它不仅破坏资源的优化配置,阻碍经济社会的发展,而且冲击政府的法制建设和合乎规范的运行机制,严重影响了政府的形象。根治腐败首先应加强教育,从源头上预防腐败的发生;其次应强化监督,防治腐败的发生;最后应完善惩戒机制,严惩腐败分子。

The Analysis of Anti- corruption Approaches in Our Country in the New Era

Corruption has become the world＇ s largest public nuisance. Not only does it undermine the opti- mum allocation of resources, hinder economic and social development, but also it strikes the legal construction of the government and regular operating mechanism, and damage the government＇ s image. Eradicating corruption should start with education enforcement, preventing it from the occurrence in the source. Then supervision should be strengthened to prevent it from occurrence. Eventually disciplinary mechanism should be improved and perfected so as to severely punish the corrupt people.
