羟丙基羧甲基纤维素工艺及反应机理研究

摘    要:研究碱纤维素分别经环氧丙烷和氯乙酸醚化制备羟丙基羧甲基纤维素(HPCMC)醚(摩尔取代度0.22左右,羧甲基取代度0.70~0.85)的方法,探讨了HPCMC的工艺条件和反应机理.正交试验的结果表明,随着HPCMC取代度(DS)和羟丙基摩尔取代度(MS)的增加,该复合醚的水溶液粘度和耐酸性提高.研究还发现,用表氯醇低度交联的HPCMC,其耐酸性有进一步的提高.所制备的产品可用于食品、饮料、涂料和钻井泥浆等方面.

Abstract:Hydroxypropyl carboxymethyl cellulose (HPCMC) ethers having a hydroxypropyl MS of about 0.22 and carboxymethyl DS of 0. 70 to 0. 85 were prepared by sequential etherifying al-kalic cellulose with propylene oxide and monochloroacetic acid respectively. The reaction mechanism and processing conditions of HPCMC are described. The results of orthogonal tests indicate that as the DS and MS of HPCMC increase with the rise of the viscosities in aqueous solution and the acid resistance of the composite ethers. It is also found that, at low degree of crosslinked HPCMC with epichlorohydrin, its acid resistance can be further improved, and that the prepared products can be used in many fields, such as foods, beverages, paints and drilling mud.
