恶性肿瘤病人化疗毒副反应及整体护理

目的:减少或减轻恶性肿瘤患者化疗过程中的毒副反应,确保工作顺利进行。方法:采用回顾性方法,分析、总结了收住的204例恶性肿瘤病例的护理过程、各种毒副反应的出现情况及处理措施,提出护理建议。结果:在观察病例中,有12例发生化疗恐惧、2例在输液时发生药液渗出、78例出现胃肠反应、6例发生一过性尿素氮和肌酐升高、4例发生心律失常、11例发生肝区不适。经对症处理、并及时采取整体护理措施,患者的副反应症状消失,化疗工作顺利进行。结论:心理护理与生理、病理反应的护理相结合是减少恶性肿瘤患者化疗反应的重要措施;加强整体护理,提高整体护理水平是确保化疗顺利进行的关键。

Reaction of Tumor Patients' Chemotherapies and Their Nursing

Objective: To reduce the side effects of chemotherapies and make the treatment go smoothly. Methods: The nursing, side effects and the measurement of 214 cases of the year are reviewed and analyzed. Results: During our observation, 12 cases had panic when they had chemotherapies. 2 had fluid-exudation while being injected. 78 had gastrointestinal reaction. 6 had high urea and cretonne. 4 had arrhythmia. 11 had liver trouble. After the proper treatments and immediate nursing, the patients' side effects were gone and the treatment went smoothly. Conclusions: Combining psycho nursing with physiological and pathological reaction nursing is an important measurement to reduce the reactions of tumor patients. Improving nursing and enforcing the whole nursing process are most important to ensure the chemotherapies.
