烧结NdFeB系永磁材料的TEM观察

摘    要:利用透射电镜对经过机械性能测试的烧结 Nd Fe B系永磁材料进行了微观组织结构的观察和分析 .结果表明 ,合金元素对 Nd Fe B的组织影响不大 ,主要都包括基体相 Nd2 Fe14B和富 Nd相 ,还有少量富 B相 ,含 Nd的样品中出现了棒状沉淀相粒子 .但是 ,在各种样品中都发现基体相中存在位错 ,这是和其他研究者的结果完全不同的 .

Abstract:Microstructures of sintered Nd Fe B- type permanent magnets after mechanical property test were investigated by transmission electron microscope( TEM) .It was revealed that the morphologies of all the alloys are similar,mainly including the matrix phase Nd2 Fe14B and the Nd- rich phase. Precipitation parti- cles of bar shape were found in the samples with Nb addition.However,dislocations emerge in the matrix phase of these materials,which does not agree with the results of other researchers.
