摘    要:以L-酒石酸为模板,以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,以乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)和偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)分别为交联剂和引发剂,Span80和SDBS为乳化剂,采用反相微乳液聚合法制备了L-酒石酸印迹聚合物微球。红外光谱对聚合物微球进行表征,同时利用扫描电镜观察其形貌。5-硝基水杨酸铁分光光度法测定酒石酸浓度,平衡吸附法测定印迹聚合物微球对L-酒石酸的吸附性能。

Abstract:The molecularly imprinted polymeric microspheres are prepared by the reverse microemulsion polymerization method,using L-tartaric acid as imprinting molecule,MAA as functional monomer,EGDMA and AIBN as cross-linker and initiator,respectively.Meanwhile,Span80 and SDBS are used as emulsifier.Microspheres have been characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) to study their morphological properties.The proper adsorption ability of the MIP is studied by an equilibrium-adsorption method,and the concentration of tartaric acid is determined by spectrophotometric method with ferric 5-nit rosalicylate complex.
