不确定语言多属性决策的心态指标方法

摘    要:研究了已知部分属性权重信息,方案属性值和偏好值均为不确定语言的多属性决策问题.首先,通过引入心态指标,将不确定语言决策矩阵和方案偏好值转化为带有心态指标的语言决策矩阵和偏好值.其次,通过最小化方案综合属性值与偏好值之间总偏差,建立并求解一个规划模型得到属性权重,然后利用方案综合属性值对方案进行排序和择优.当决策者处于不同心态时,可以通过调节其心态指标进行决策,因而使得决策更加符合实际.最后,给出了一个算例说明了该方法.

Abstract:The multi-attribute decision-making problem,in which the information about attribute weights is incomplete and attribute values and preference values on alternatives are uncertain linguistic,is studied.Firstly,by introducing the attitude index of decision maker,the uncertain linguistic matrix and uncertain linguistic preference values on alternatives are respectively transformed into linguistic matrix and linguistic preference values with attitude index.Secondly,by minimizing deviations of synthesizing values and preference values on alternatives,attribute weight is obtained by building and solving a programming model,and the priority of alternatives is given through synthesizing values on alternatives.When the decision maker is in different moods,he can make his decision through adjusting the attitude index,and the decision making is more practical.Finally,a practical example is given to illustrate the developed method.
