建立现代企业制度促进利率传导微观基础的完善

实行利率市场化是市场经济的内在要求，但是由于利率市场化的实现需要一定的宏观和微观条件，因此无法在短时间内完成。文章从企业这个利率传导的微观基础角度出发，认为必须通过产权制度的改革将我国的企业真正改造成现代企业，使其拥有真正的自主经营权，创造良好的微观经济基础，成为实现利率市场化的一个重要前提条件。

Implement market-oriented interest rate is the inherent requirement of the market economy, But due to the realization of the market-based of interest rates need a certain degree of macro-and microeconomic conditions,it can not be completed within a short time.In this paper, Based on the enterprise -the micro basic point of the interest rate spread,The view was brought forward that China's enterprises must will be truly transformed into a modern enterprise by the reform of property rights system.it has the real right to make their own decisions,and create a sound microeconomic basis,achieving an important prerequisite of market-oriented interest rates.
