| 摘 要： | 在当代涉藏问题上,我国往往停留于被动地辩解,陷入西方的话语陷阱,涉藏问题国际话语权明显呈现西强我弱格局。话语权的核心是服人心问题,是心理认同问题。建构我国涉藏问题话语权应从战略上进行总体谋划,紧紧围绕认同来做文章。

| Abstract: | For the matter of contemporary Tibet, we often only passively defend against the West, thus falling into the western discourse trap. In general, the West appears stronger whereas we weaker in terms of international discourse power for the matter of Tibet. We believe that the core matter of discourse power is psychological recognition. So only deeply root in psychological recognition, can we really establish a strategic plan of international discourse power for the matter of Tibet. |
