| 摘 要： | 随着高职教育的快速发展，加强高职院校内部管理，尤其是决策机制的建立，对高职院校生存与发展起着极为关键的作用。分析高职院校决策机制建立的必要性及必须遵循的原则，来促进决策活动沿着正确的途径进行，从而形成科学的决策机制。

This article analyzes the necessity and principle of the establishment of vocational college decision-making mechanism to promote the decision-making activities to proceed along the right way and to form a scientific decision-making mechanism. |
