面料性能对平领重叠量设计影响研究

摘    要:本文分析了面料性能与平领重叠量之间的关系。采用选取10种常见面料,使用KES-FB织物风格仪测试出面料的16项力学性能,再利用SAS系统对数据进行主成分分析,最终得出3个最主要的影响因素:拉伸功回复率RT、压缩功回复率RC及单位面积重量W。用这10种面料分别做出领宽为8.5cm的平领,找出每种面料所制作领子的最佳重叠量,运用SAS系统对RT、RC、W这三个因素与最佳重叠量进行回归分析,得出它们之间的定量关系。

Abstract:The relationship between the fabric properties and the lapping-allowance of flat-collar is analyzed. Ten kinds of familiar fabrics are chosen for the experiment. Sixteen mechanical properties are tested by KES-FB systerm The 3 uppermost factors are educed from the sixteen mechanical properties by principal component analysis. The 3 factors are RT, RC and W of the fabric. 8.5cm width Flat-collars were made of 10 kinds of fabric. Finally, the suitable lapping-allowance is found out, and then the quantitative relationship between RT, RC, W and the overlapping allowance is obtained by using SAS software.
