| 摘 要： | 尝试把对个别钢铁企业的评估与对整个行业的评估结合起来，道德选取４５家钢铁企业，采用７种主要的污染物排放指标，分别考察各企业生产活动的环境影响效果，然后，再放大推算出全行业生产活动的环境影响效果，对我国企业清洁生产的总体水平进行了评估。
